This is my earrings I got in my twilight snow candle was expecting them to be nicer tbh they look cheap

Candle didn't smell particularly strong, altho was pleasant fromnwhat i could smell but it didn't fill the room as other people had quoted and was quite a soft texture before being lit. I appreciate that it is soy, but I've had soy candles before and they were firmer than this.
Upon finding the jewellery item after approx 4 hrs burn time lit on two separate occasions, the foil and small plastic bag it was in had a hole so was leaking soy wax into the necklace and two of the CZ Stones were missing.
I am very disappointed to be honest.
I waited a long time for delivery (like so many others) on my candle and had heard wonderful reviews, however. My jewellery was damaged and had I given the candle as a gift as originally intended for the price paid I would have been very upset to have been the recipient.
The jewellery itself is nice, however the quality left a lot to be desired.
No only did I have to soak it to remove the wax from it before I could see it properly, the stones are missing rendering it unwearable.
I actually feel like I wish I hadn't bothered. So disappointing, as I really was looking forward to ordering more in the future. I'd tried to contact on several occasions and my social media posts were unanswered like so many other people's not only about delivery but also in reference to the damaged jewellery.
The concept is great, the packaging is lovely, but for the money paid and lack of customer service. It has put me off. Because no one has attempted to make it right. Which on a business that advertises so widely on social media, still needs serious work.

Imperial candles are amazing

I loved the candle but it was a Christmas present and she hasn’t got the necklace yet but the end is near there , so I’m hoping she loved it xx

The perfume in this candle is awesome I will definately be back for another one. Unlike other makes of candle these burn with no black residue or smell. Definately recommend

A light powdery smell. Delicate, creamy. Beautiful single feather necklace. Could easily become very addictive with there being a piece of jewellery, unknown what it looks like. I really enjoyed it. Will treat myself to another one as a Christmas present to myself and choose a stronger scent. It burned at least for 15 hrs before the package revealed itself. I used a spoon to dig it out. Will be buying as Christmas presents for my sister's too.
